Looooong story short: This year I’m being way more intentional with my Christmas gifts. I guess I’ve gone back to basics and rather than give you a sugary calorific chocolate advent calendar…
I’m sharing a self loving calendar with you instead ❤

Christmas Day
Practise one self loving act each day in the run up to Christmas (and beyond) and show yourself some much needed love. God knows you deserve it!
I’m a day out, so let’s get started!
2nd December 2020
When was the last time you did something just for fun? Feed the ducks, run in the rain, jump in puddles. Write, read, paint, dance or sing! Do it for the fun factor.
3rd December 2020
Write down three (3) things you are grateful for .
4th December 2020
Say “no” without explaining yourself.
5th December 2020
Say “Yes” to something you would normally say “No” (out of fear) to.
6th December 2020
Start your day, completely free from distraction. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes. No phone. No TV. Find a space and just be.
7th December 2020
Tomorrow isn’t promised.
Reach out to someone you love and tell them how much they mean to you.
8th December 2020
Write a love letter to yourself to remind you of all the amazing and beautiful things that make you… you.
9th December 2020
Celebrate your body and say thank you with a spa, facial or a healthy meal cooked by none other than you.
10th December 2020
Write a timeline from birth until now of all the things you have accomplished and then read it back to and let it marinade.
11th December 2020
Try a brand new recipe and treat yourself to a dinner prepared with love…by you
12th December 2020
Create a playlist of all your favourite uplifting songs that make you feel strong, empowered and like you can take on the world
13th December 2020
Put your phone away and spend some time in nature today. Whether near water, woods, forest. Be at one with…her!
14th December 2020
End any relationship that makes you feel like you are unworthy. It will hurt like hell to begin with…but you’re heal.
15th December 2020
Unplug for as long as you can, switch off your phone and don’t open any emails or switch on the TV. Enjoy being completely distraction free.
16th December 2020
Smile at yourself every time you glance at yourself in the mirror. Go on, say something nice back.
17th December 2020
It’s inspiration day: Listen to an inspiring podcast, read something that inspires you or watch an inspiring movie.
18th December 2020
Feel your feelings. If you feel sad and need to cry, let it out. You’ll feel so much better for it.
19th December 2020
Get dressed in your favourite outfit and put on your best tracks and dance like no one is watching!
20th December 2020
Declutter day: Go around your house and clear out the things you no longer need, use or have a need for. If you have things that are still pretty good, donate to charity.
21st December 2020
When someone pays you a compliment. Own it! Don’t counteract their compliment by giving one back, shrugging it off or ignore it. Bask it in and simply say “Thank you!”
22nd December 2020

What did you love doing as a child? Pick one activity you really enjoyed and spend some time today doing exactly that!
23rd December 2020
Grab a pen and a piece of paper and write down anything and everything that comes to mind for at least 30 minutes. Don’t hold back!
24th December 2020
Run yourself a bath, add salts and flower petals to the water. Light candles, play soft relaxing music and have a long soak. You deserve it.
25th December 2020
Merry Christmas ❤
Have a lovely week and do let me know which is your favourite self loving act.
